These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.flow-recovery.com (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by Flow Recovery, LLC ("Flow Recovery," "we," "us," or "our"), as well as any related content, programs, features, and functionality made available through the Website (collectively, the "Services").

2. NATURE OF SERVICES
Flow Recovery provides nurse-led services, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage ("MLD"), Complete Decongestive Therapy ("CDT"), and related services designed to support healing, recovery and overall wellness.

4. PAYMENT AND INSURANCE
Flow Recovery is a self-pay practice and does not participate in or submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, or other third-party payers. Payment is due in full at the time Services are provided. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), and other services similar to those offered by Flow Recovery may be covered by Medicare or other insurance when applicable coverage requirements are satisfied and the services are furnished by an eligible provider. Clients who wish to obtain services through Medicare or another third-party payer should consult their payer and an eligible participating provider before receiving Services from Flow Recovery.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to the privacy and confidentiality of information you share with us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information in connection with your use of the Website and Services.
