Meet Brandy
Hi, I’m Brandy — Registered Nurse and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, and founder of Flow Recovery.
After more than 15 years in nursing, including emergency and critical care, I created Flow Recovery to provide compassionate, evidence-informed lymphatic care that supports healing, recovery, and overall wellness.
Today, I welcome client into my peaceful wellness studio while continuing to offer mobile appointments by request throughout the Tri-State area.
Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing swelling, experiencing chronic inflammation, or simply looking to support your body's natural lymphatic function, every session is personalized to your unique goals.
My approach combines clinical knowledge with a calm, restorative experience. As a Registered Nurse with advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, nutrition coaching, and personal training, I believe wellness should be both therapeutic, and deeply relaxing.
My goal is simple- to help every client leave feeling lighter, supported, and confident in their recovery journey.
